Abstract This Paper analysis Primary Health Centerwise (PHC) variation in seasonal birth rates in Sakri taluka of Dhule District..It was observed that out of total 14 Primary Health Centers, Kalambir PHC has the highest birth number(925) and the lowest birthrates is at Kasare PHC center.(0.44) The highest birth rate is seen in month of September.(1.12) Which is a rainy season. While preparing programmes for population and public awareness. It is necessary to take into account the seasonal and monthly variation in the birth rate.
Keywords Average Monthly Birth Rate, Seasonal Birth Rate , Population Growth, Fertility.
Introduction
To measure population growth in any nation. The three factors of birth rates, mortality rates and migration have to be taken in to considerations. In this present research paper sakri taluka of Dhule district has been selected. It is a tribal taluka inhabited by people of Mavachi, Kokana, Bhill and Vanjari tribe. Primary Health Center in the western part of the taluka have low birth rate due to sparse population ,forested and barren land. The average annual birth rate of this taluka is 10.95 and monthly average birth rate is 0.91.
Aim of study 1. Finding the birth rate per thousand and finding the variation of the birth rate in which season. 2. To create awareness in the rural area of the Primary Health Centers where the birth rate is high.
Review of Literature

In this research essay, Dr. MB Chavan has studied his seasonal birth rate in this research essay. In July 2000, he published in Geography Research Journal that the birth rate is higher in rainy season and lower in summer season. If you look back nine months of July, August and September, it is seen that breeding occurs in September, October and November. In this study, he was instructed that he could not tell the head of the family the names and number of children he had.

Methodology
In the present research paper the data of 14 Primary Health Centers has been obtained from Panchayat Sammitti Sakri Dist. Dhule. This information was analysed with the help of a computer and a graph was prepared by excel. Statistical information calculate the birth rate per thousand in the taluka. Monthly birth rate is calculate from annual birth rate statistics. A verage birth rate of all the primary health centers in taluka and calculate the percentage of births in each month. The birth rate is calculated with the help of the following formula. Monthly Average Birth Rate= (Annual birth rate in taluka)/(12 Months) Seasonal Birth Rate=(per month birth rate)/(Monthly average birth rate ) With the help of this formula the seasonal birth rate was calculated as a percentage.
Analysis

Of the factors required to measure population growth ,only the birth rate is considered  in the present research paper. The period from May 2021 to April 2022 has been studied. There are 14 Primary  Health Centers in 225 village of this taluka. Out of 225 villages in this taluka, 6514 births have been registered through 14 Primary Health Centers. The annual average birth rate of this taluka is 10.95 and monthly average birth rate is 0.91. According to season of the total births 30.51% were born in summer season, 36.95% in rainy season and 32.54% in winter season. Conclusion A study of graph and tables show that in all the villages of Sakri taluka (PHC) the birth rate is not same but the season change. The highest birth rate is seen in September(1.12),which is the rainy season. If we look back 9 months from the month of August & September, the breeding may have started in month of December and Janewary.According to large population of PHC at Kalambir & Jaitane the birth rate is high.Chhadwel,Sukapur,Kudashi, Basaraval,Tembha,Shirsoli,Rohod, and Navapada this is tribal PHC division. Therefore the birth rate is low.Due to sparse population ,forested and barren land.If we look at these two month again,April May and June are the months. If the wedding date is higher in these month then the birth rate is higher in August & September.
Suggestions for the future Study Considering the four months of May, June, December and January for population control as well as raising awareness in the areas of Primary Health Centers with high birth rates in August and September, the population can be controlled to a great extent. Also, the bride and groom attending the wedding in dire need of raising awareness about population issues through gifts, posters etc. In fact that is a rainy season for the increase in birth rate.
