Abstract CSR Plays an important for society benefit. Company act as an individual entity for the society and performing in the environment for social development. Big corporates get good resource from society as a man. Money, material this are very limited in this universe. In today's extremely competitive business world, corporate social responsibility is one of the main issues. Indian pharmaceutical businesses are very involved and concerned. Pharmaceutical company contributes CSR process through various method either through public health camps or by distribution of medicine. Researcher research based on exploratory and qualitative research and try to justify pharmaceutical company contribution towards society in Public Health.

Introduction
Corporate social responsibility is aimed at companies to be aware of the impact of their businesses on the society and on their own stakeholders. CSR is a business approach which contributes to the development of the society by delivering benefits to the stakeholders. According to the definition of Angelidis and Ibrahim (1993), corporate social responsibility is ‘corporate social actions whose purpose is to satisfy social needs’. Many companies are trying to start different efforts to achieve CSR for their businesses. As CSR is a broad concept and not all companies can reach up to the standards of maintaining CSR. CSR in the field of marketing plays a major role as marketing is the key tool for customer satisfaction and building reputation. Marketing of products varies according to Industry. As CSR is becoming key for companies, business owners and management teams are concentrating on marketing of the products in a way that the standards comply to the CSR. The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) defines corporate social responsibility (CSR) as a way for businesses to address and manage social, economic, and/or environmental issues for the benefit of communities and as entailing actions related to social inclusion, the environment, human rights, and other related concerns.
Aim of study 1. To analysis the contribution of CSR by Pharmaceutical Company in Public health for society upliftment. 2. To analysis the different methods to promote CSR by Pharmaceutical Company. 3. To analysis the liaising part of Doctor for Public health camp check-up through pharmaceutical company.
Review of Literature

Madhu Tagi and Abhilasha Nagarajachari etal (2022)-Author tile was A study on impact of CSR on financial performance of companies in India with respect to fmcg and pharmaceutical sector and his objectives says to analyse the trends of CSR contribution of selected FMCG and Pharmaceutical sector. Researcher used research methodology hypotheses is tested by using descriptive statistics, Paired sample statistics and paired sample correlation using SPSS 21 version to analyse the collected data to know pre and post-CSR impact on financial performance as per Companies Act, 2013 of selected sectors for the period 2009-2019The outcome of the study is the result of pharmaceutical sector showed that there is increase in financial performance after CSR mandatory as per Companies Act, 2013 except Return on equity for the study period 2009-19.

Beji et al., (2021)- When CSR is looked at from a strategic perspective, it emanates from top management’s vision and values and is not considered an expense but a strategic initiative readily adopted by organisation to differentiate themselves from their competition.

Anguini’s et al., (2020)- Although literature has investigated multiple outcomes of CSR, extant literature still lacks a better understanding of how the employees’ perception of CSR is formed and when and why employees experience CSR differently.

Barnett, 2007). Author says that CSR supporters claim that there are plenty of private incentives for refining social welfare.

Del Mar Mira’s Rodríguez (2013) argues that the crisis could be apparent as a threat or an opportunity.

Misani, 2010-Corporate sector relies on the relations and its reach. The transnational corporate sector has worldwide reach and capacity to build and execute decisions. As a result, a variety of other social actors are looking for ways to leverage this platform in order to advance broader social objectives, to help fill governance gaps and compensate for governance failures.

Cannon (1992) discusses the development of corporate social responsibility via the historical development of business involvement leading to a post-war re-examination of the nature of the relationship between business, society and government. He identifies that the primary role of business is to produce goods and services that society wants and needs, however there is an inter-dependence between business and society in the need for a stable environment with an educated workforce.

Holmes (1976), in a study of executive attitudes to social responsibility, finds that the strongest response was that ‘in addition to making a profit, business should help to solve social problems whether or not business helps to create those problems even if there is probably no short-run or long-run profit potential’. In effect some view that because business has resources and skills there are a quasi-moral obligation to be involved. However, this may be the views of the executives rather than the owners of the business.

Planken et al (2010) investigated CSR platforms and the communication surrounding those platforms in India and established that the CSR platforms are typically used, together with stakeholder attitudes to both the form and content of those platforms Mala Srivatsava (1999) conducted a study – “Corporate Social Responsibility – A Perceptual Study” which attempted to understand the perception of 60 individuals who were graduates in the age-group of 21 to 60 years and had invested in shares and debentures about the social role of corporation. The study indicated that most people expect organization to achieve the first two levels of the model suggested by Monsen.

Reed, Darryl (1999), study was based on three realms of corporate responsibility, Business ethics and Corporate social responsibility. His study highlighted that the Business ethics was shifted from personal responsibility to corporate responsibility. There is a range of corporate conception. The corporate conception should have three different normative realms namely legitimacy, morality and ethics.  Each of the realms should be on critical theory perspective of the nature of social responsibility

McWilliams and Siegel, (2000) have studied the responses of corporate social responsibility investments. Through his research he has identified that Several companies have responded by increasing their Corporate Social Responsibility investments. However, other companies have resisted investing in Corporate Social Responsibility as they believe that it contradicts their aim to maximize profits.

Chakraborty (2001) discussed corporate social responsibility in terms of some deeper psycho-philosophical insights into human existence - both individual and collective. In his study he has showed the deep roots of Indian ethos from which Indian managers can develop a structure of values on the basis of which they can develop stakeholder policies.

Contribution of CSR by Pharmaceutical Company in India towards public health

Pharmaceutical company is a big giant in medical industries. Established Pharmaceutical company always help patients either through Heath camps, new research and innovation, latest articles, new study contribute to the medical fraternity. COVID 19 evidence that in pandemic situation pharmaceutical company contributes Covishield and covaccine to the society and it safe the life of patients. Big Corporate Hospital with simultaneously working with pharmaceutical company and help patients through Doctor. R and D department help us our society and contribute various molecules to the patients. New generation of drug either antidiabetic, cardiac medicine with increase the efficacy of the drug and safe the life from the patients from threating of diseases. Government of India regulates these industries and promote generic drugs to the patients through Jaan Aosodhi which is economical to the patients. Day by Day Health and education are expensive. Government tries to promote make in India and stimulate Indian Pharmaceutical company to make medicine in our own nation.

Methodology
The researcher research based on qualitative researcher as well as exploratory research. Data were collected through questionnaire from respondent. 100 sample was collected from population through randomly. The researcher tries to find out the contribution of pharmaceutical company in India and try to analyse indulgence of Doctor in Public health development. Research study based on survey and interview method from one-to-one interaction. Following are the hypothesis are formulated are- Null Hypothesis(H0)- There is no significant difference between contribution of pharmaceutical Company and Doctor in Public health promotion through CSR Alternative Hypothesis-(H1)- There is a significant difference between contribution of pharmaceutical Company and Doctor in Public health promotion through CSR Result show null hypothesis rejected and alternative hypothesis are accepted.
Findings 1.Out of 100 respondent 90% respondent believes that Doctor play big role in public health check through the CSR contribution by pharmaceutical company and 10% neutral in this matter. 2. Out of 100 respondent 70% respondent believes that medical representative has big contribution in public Health in patient care promotion and 30% respondent believes that Doctor influence company for health camp. 3.Out of 100 respondent 90% respondent believe that pharmaceutical company do great contribution in Health Camp for patient care. 4.100% responded believes that MNC Pharmaceutical Companies plays a vital role in CSR through Public Health camp, sample distribution and free health check-up. 5. 90% respondent believes that Corporate promote their Brand through CSR model. 6.100% respondent believes that Medical representative plays a vital role in society development through health camp.
Conclusion Researcher conclude that pharmaceutical company gives contribution to the society either through Health Camp, Scholarship process, Hospital, Knowledge sharing, camp which help uplift the society. The commitments made by pharmaceutical corporations to strong corporate governance and CSR initiatives at the national level that can directly affect public health are described in this study for the first time. This study emphasises the growing significance of corporate social responsibility and corporate governance in the pharmaceutical business for enhancing public health in developing nations. The findings demonstrate that pharmaceutical corporations engage in activities that take into account the welfare of society through financial assistance, management of numerous sustainable initiatives, addressing of social and economic problems, directing public health awareness campaigns, and investing in health projects.
