Abstract Digital business refers to creating and promoting business with the help of some electronic platform or through internet. Some of the examples of digital business are e-commerce, online coaching and tutorials, blogs, YouTube channel creator etc. The main advantage of digital business models is that you don’t have to invest huge amount of fund in the business infrastructure as compare to traditional offline business models. Digital entrepreneurship refers to creation of new business opportunities and reformation or changes of exiting business with the help of new digital technology. Digital business now a day’s plays an important and critical tool for economic development of the country like India. This study is basically focus on how YouTube helps the innovative persons to be a good digital entrepreneur and make them self-reliance with creating with new employment opportunities and also helps the society by eradicating poverty and achieves the goal of economic development of the county. There are different methods to creating revenue on YouTube like YouTube affiliate programme, affiliate marketing, product promotion and website traffic generations. To create good and authentic content videos for YouTube a person can earn more income and create employment opportunities and helps the nation in achieving economic objectives.

Introduction
Entrepreneurship is an important pillar for economic development through creating more and new employment opportunities and introducing some new sources of for income generations. To be a good entrepreneur one has to understand all the terms that are related to that particular business. To be competing with competitor and exist in the market one has to know the taste and preference, requirements of the customer at large. On or after COVID-19 pandemic many businesses were shut down and many of them lose their revenue this results into many employees lost their jobs and there were less chance for creations of new employment opportunities which creates a huge problem of unemployment and poverty in India because digital business were not in a good rank in India as compare to other developing or developed country. In that mean time digital business plays an important role for economic development but people don’t have adequate knowledge to form digital business basically in India. In that difficult time YouTube act as an important pillar for economic development in India through creation of new business opportunities and eradication of poverty in some extent. In that pandemic time maximum people in the society use YouTube as their helping hand in every steps of their life. YouTube now days regarded as second largest search engine in the world after Google in which people refers it to solve their problems and fulfill their requirements with free of cost or with some nominal amounts. YouTube is a bigger platform now a days in which you have to upload your video in which you have potential or healthy knowledge. The users when face some problems or required adequate knowledge relating to your topic, the search you on YouTube and see your video to solve their problems or increase their knowledge. In this process the You Tuber earns income out of these and creates employment opportunities and eradicating poverty in the society.
Aim of study The elementary framework of this study is comparative analysis of Sensex and steel sector in India. Therefore the study is commenced through the following objectives: 1. To identify the career opportunities available in YouTube. 2. To discover new sources of income generation available in YouTube. 3. To understand how YouTube helps in eradicative poverty.
Review of Literature

To learn what has been discovered so far, it is necessary to do a literature study of the relevant publications. The study goal and technique were developed in part from a review of the literature on related topics written by other researchers. The current research makes an effort to summarize what is known about the relationship between consumers' holistic worldviews and their interest in protecting the natural world. In order to acquire the comprehensive understanding that serves as the firm foundation for exploring the research topic, the relevant literature is studied within the following headings: -

Kohli, R., Melville, N. (2019), suggest that literature review methodologies to examine 7 dimensions of an adapted theoretical framework: initiation; development; implementation; exploitation; the role of the external competitive environment; role of internal organizational environment; and product, service, and process outcomes. From a macro perspective, we find vastly uneven coverage of research streams, diversity and diffusiveness of research, and knowledge and learning as an underlying conceptual pillar.

Ahmad, M., Murray, J (2019), Digitalisation of organisations is rampant in current times. For both government (Digital India Initiative) and commercial organisations, connectedness to digital platforms is required and investment in digital platforms is a competitive priority. This investment also has strategic implications as it has the capability to reduce certain costs and enhance the effectiveness of an organisation's systems. Going digital involves many indirect benefits and also direct costs. Thus, it becomes imperative to understand the cost and benefit structure of digital platforms in organisations and the effectiveness of such platforms. The basic premise of this study is to understand the effect of digitalisation on the business and efficiency in an organisation which has chosen investments in digital assets and information technology. This research paper tries to answer a very basic question on the effect and effectiveness of digitalisation on companies and analyses the effect.

Research Gap

The existing literature has found out the various aspects of how to define digitalization and the transformation in processes which would bring with it. However, there remains a paucity of a more quantitative view of the impact as well as the bearing it would have on nature of job creation. Few have spoken about how in order to recap the benefits digitalization and to ensure more benefit than losses, it needs to evolve in conjunction with appropriate business efforts and conducive government policy with examine the impact of digitalization on digital payment.

YouTube

Basically, You Tube is a video sharing platform or website in which the register users can upload videos and share videos with anyone who has access to website. The people of the society search these videos and watch them to solve their problems. In this process register user earn income through different modes of methods like website traffic generation, product promotion, affiliate marketing, YouTube affiliate programme and many more.

Initially people used YouTube primarily to share educational and technical content videos. But now a day’s people share comedy, music, short video, short film relating to some important issues arises in the society.

History of YouTube

YouTube is a video sharing website ranked as second highest visited site after Google website. It is an American based video sharing platform having it headquarter at Sun Bruno of California, United States of America. It was formed by Steve Chen, Chad Hurley, and Jawed Karim. All three are ex-employees of an e-commerce business of America. Later on it was bought by Google for US$1.65 Billion. In May 2007 YouTube started its partner program. Through partner program You Tubers can make money from sharing their videos content. Now YouTube functioned under Google as its subsidiary concern. Neal Mohan, the Chief Product Officer of YouTube takes over the charge of CEO of YouTube after the step down of the former CEO of YouTube Susan Wojcicki.

The main reason behind it was; there was no age limit bar for this platform. It has two aspects, one is for children and another is for Adult.

There were 329.7 million Facebook users India in January 2022. The number of social media users in India at the start of 2022 was equivalent to 23.5 percentage of the total population. The recent resources indicate that YouTube had 467.0 million users in India in early 2022. This figure means that YouTube’s 2022 ad reach was equivalent to 33.4 percentage of India’s total population at the start of the year. There are 230.3 million Instagram users in India in 2022. That equal to 16.4 percentage of total population. The data published in Meta’s advertising resources indicate that ads on Facebook Messenger reached 122.5 million users in India in early 2022. The company’s revised audience numbers suggest that Facebook Messenger’s ad reach in India was equivalent to 8.7 percentage of the total population at the start of the year. Figures published in LinkedIn’s advertising resources indicate that LinkedIn had 83.00 million “members” in India in early 2022 i.e. equivalent to 5.9 percentages of the total population. The total Snap chat users in India in 2022 126.0 million users in India in early 2022 which equal to 9.0 percentage of total population. Numbers published in Twitter’s advertising resources indicate that Twitter had 23.60 million users in India in early 2022 i.e. equivalent to 1.7 percentage of the total population at the time. As per the statistics report on 2023, India has highest number of YouTube users having 467 million users. Now India ranked as first the world in the form of active users and in United States ranked at second with 246 million users. Brazil has the third highest rank in the world having 142 million active users.

Through YouTube More than a billion hours of content is consumed every single day. The active users of YouTube counted as 2 billion plus in day which placed as the second on the list of most-used social media platforms. Only Face book has more active users than YouTube in India, estimated at 225 million.

Various employment opportunities on YouTube

You Tuber may upload various content videos relating to different field of their potential area like technical, educational, comedy, songs, entertainment, short video, short film and many more. Users all over the world referred and utilized these content videos to solve their problem or increasing their knowledge. You Tube shows various advertisements with this video contents uploaded by the You Tubers and get money from the advertiser for advertising their products. You Tube act as a tool for poverty eradication

After COVID-19 many people’s lost their job, business and profession, many of them lose their earnings to some extent due to market fluctuations. Many people don’t have sufficient money for their higher study and career building for their future. In that hard and difficult time YouTube provides various opportunities to different people in the society.  YouTube provides a big platform for the talented and innovating people to share their talent through YouTube video content sharing and earn income from these processes and living their livelihood or increasing their earning from such platform as extra sources of income.        

For creating and uploading video on YouTube people does not required huge amount at the beginning stage on business infrastructure. It requires small amount of money by investing only in a smart phone and start earning out of that. Some you tuber in India who started small and skyrocketed to the success. Some of the poor people who become very popular on YouTube are

i. Applying for the YouTube Shorts Fund.

So to be very frank a person having entrepreneurial capabilities with creating new and innovating video contents for the peoples of the society has the sure possibility to earn money or increase their earning. So now days YouTube act as a tool for creating new and more employment opportunities in India and eradicating poverty of the society. This helps in achieving the economic growth of the India by increasing the GDP of the country. So to be a good YouTube entrepreneur you have to create relevant and innovative video contents which create huge user base in terms of view ship and earn more and more income out of that.
