Abstract Waste management is the process of rendering the raw materials and different kinds of residual capacities to safeguard wastage. There are types of waste that are broadly categorized into various departments such as industrial, domestic, commercial, and agriculture. The era of globalization has led to innovation and the creation of new development in science and technology. The resources could be used wisely for a better approach in the present and future and understanding the aspects of recycling. This is important to increase revenue growth and acceleration in the efficiency of an organization. It could be done by reduction of waste, reuse of renewable resources, and repairing waste materials. The initial stage could be carried out through the evaluation of resources for worthwhile usage. Moreover, the instances of waste management become an issue in ethical and legal domains. It could be done through the systematic approach for highlighting the problems of concrete management. In the current times of the increase in the business development and management have enhanced the waste management with overall perspectives. They are stepping towards the sustainable approach of the businesses in a progressive manner. This is essential mostly for saving the environment and practicing the notions that would eradicate crises. Therefore, the corporates are opting to work with the waste management suitors for establishing the agreements to advance the planning and execution. The strategies and goals are aligned to make a swift move in the sphere of the businesses and other purviews. This is postulated in the measurement of the wastes and the ways they could be reduced discreetly. Thus, it takes place with the holistic management of disposal at the business aspects for proper growth. Waste management is important for every country. This report signifies process, benefits as well as issues of waste management process.
Keywords Waste Management.
Introduction
Waste management process signifies action and procedure for management waste from inception to final disposal. Multiple benefits are associated with waste management such as it can save valuable time as well as cost. Apart from that it encourages stakeholders including government, local people and private storage owner for management waste. It report evaluates waste management process and technology used for the concerned procedure. Technology has important role in the waste management process and stakeholders are responsible for utilizing technology for this purpose. Smart waste management is cost effective, efficient and environmental friendly for implementing waste management process. Multiple type of technology is possible to use in this situation including smart waste bin, waste level sensor along with recycling process, e waste kiosks.
Aim of study • To identify waste management process through advance technological solution. • To implement waste management process to solve waste management issue.
Review of Literature
Waste management needs proper planning to implement in real life. It has been identified that four step processes can be possible to include for development of waste management through technology development. Initially it is required to consult to with associated stakeholders for waste management activity. Apart from that multiple waste management streams is available and from that specific stream is needed to identify. In this purpose, local law as well as regulation is needed to identify for development of potential waste stream. On the other hand, recycling and reuse process is one of the most essential factors in this waste management procedure (Kabirifar et al., 2020). Advance technology can be used for the development of waste management system. Specific waste collection strategy is essential to include in this purpose. Both bio degradable as non bio degradable waste need to be collected in this purpose. In this situation, separate collection procedure is needed to include. Waste management facility should be identified so that potential waste management procured can be found. Waste stream is needed to identify according to location and usability. Another important factor in this purpose is creation of waste management focused community plan. Group of people or a specific community is needed to identify for developing waste management plan. Health and safety consideration is also essential in this purpose. Pre incident waste management planning is possible to conduct through four different stages. First stage is conducting pre planning activities which should be associated with prioritize plan development and determining legal and regulatory waste management (Zorpas, 2020). WMP or pre incident waste management plan is needed to development as a part of waste management process. The concerned plan is needed to update so that stakeholders can understand its importance. On the other hand, in a specific situation waste management plan is needed to implement.

Waste management

This is the process of collection, transportation as well as garbage disposal system. Multiple process is associate with the development of waste management and in this purpose both liquid and solid waste needed to management. More than one process is there which can be used for management waste. For example, recycling, animal feeding as well as reuse, composing, landfills and incineration can be effective in this purpose.

Advantage of waste management

1.     Better environment is the most important factor in the waste management process. This process is responsible for fresher and better environment. Waste management process helps to dispose waste in sanitary and proper manner. More than one disposal unit is needed to implement for better process.

2.     Another important benefit of waste management is pollution reduction while managing waste (Ayilara, 2020). It is responsible for eliminating subsequent waste for reducing impact of the harmful greenhouse gas. Landfill issue is also possible to solve to manage waste materials.

3.     On the other hand, recycling helps to conserve energy which is one of the biggest parts of the concerned waste management process.

4.     Employment also can be created through development of waste management process. Apart from that more people can be associated with these processes which improve economy of a country.

Waste management process through technology implementation

Landfill is one of the most common and popular type of waste management process. Technology can be used for creating more landfill in this situation. Both developing and developed country use this waste management process. Through this is an effective process, several issue are associate with the concerned process. For example, huge land can be waste due to landfill. Odor is another issue in this type of procedure. More advance technology is needed to implement in this purpose for development of waste management process.

Recycling is the best method in the waste management technology. Advance technology such as hydraulic crasher is possible to use for solving waste management issues. This process, converts waste product to new product. Plasma gasification is important process for implementing waste management process. Plasma is electrically charged which is use for waste management. In the concerned process, molecular bond of waste is broken as a part of the procedure (Zhichkin, Nosov and Zhichkina, 2019). Composting process is possible to use for processing waste. This is a bio degradation and natural process which can be used for processing organic wastes. It is used for organic forming so that microbes can decompose it.

Technology is used for recovering energy from the waste management process. This is widely used process for introducing electricity or heat from waste. Non recyclable waste idea is associated with waste to energy process that produces heat.

Methodology
Research methodology signifies research process and design for a specific study. In this waste management study, secondary data collection and analysis process has been used. Appropriate journal and website has been identified and information has been gathered for this project. Multiple benefits are associated with secondary research process such as cost and time can be reduced for research development. On the other hand, descriptive research process will be followed. In the concerned type of research process, information from different sources will be described for finding suitable conclusion. The concerned study represents process and requirement of waste management process (Nižetić et al., 2019). Tool and technology including its advantages and disadvantages will be discussed in this study. Visual representation will be used for analyzing waste management process through implementation of technology.
Conclusion Futuristic technology for waste management Figure 1: Global renewable energy capacity (Source: Nižetić et al., 2019) • Smart waste bin is one of the most effective technologies while managing waste material. Multiple sensors are used for detecting trash. In this way, it is possible to track disposal and reduce fuel consumption • Pneumatic waste collection is effective for picking up trash. On the other hand, air compressors are used in pneumatic tubes which are effective for reducing energy consumption. • Fleet management system is use as trash picking system which is responsible for improving garbage collection. GPS tracking is included in the concerned system for optimizing vehicles routes. • Another process is AP waste sorting which can lead to improper disposal for recycling and reusing materials. In AI application, automated system is used for detecting wastage and avoid environmental hazardous mistake.
