Now in the phase growing up just heard insults fired up from many peoples and I face it like normally but later on in my life when I discovered spirituality deep meditations, deep spiritual experiences and then I go deep into my mind in some spiritual experiences we actually able to go into memories that are faded away now , in a lot of the spiritual experiences that I had I went back to memories of me arguing with my family members or possibly arguing with the few teachers or peoples who insulted me in the school or in society and at that time I don’t know anything about spirituality but all those thoughts and insults settled in my mind and at that time I was not understanding the worth of myself which I came to know after experiencing the spirituality in my life. Spirituality makes my life blossoms and faded all those past memories of insults and deeply transformed my whole life at all levels whether self growth, relationship etc

Review of Literature

Everything we have done in our life so far has been in pursuit of a single thing.Whether we sought a career, started a business or built a family, it was always because we wanted just one simple thing: joy. But somewhere along the way, life got complicated. If we born as an animal then our needs are just physical because for animals the moment stomach of animals is full, they are quite peaceful. But when we come into world as a human being, things change with the fulfillment of stomach we need to satisfy our mind, heart and overall behavior and thoughts of our all life for releasing the negative bag ages of our karma created by us or by some others we all have to release that toxicity from our whole body and soul and it can only be done through spirituality. Spirituality can heal our karma of all life times transform us to be a positive attitude personality .Various researches proves that spirituality just work at removing from the mind the idea that thought is intelligence. The whole process of creation, from single atom to cosmos, is an fantastic expression of intelligence but the first step towards moving from trap of intellect to lap of larger intelligence to recognize that every aspect of life-from grain of sand to a mountain, a drop to an ocean, from the atomic to the cosmic-is a manifestation of a far greater intelligence than our minuscule intellect. If we take one step ,life will start speaking to you like never before.

Meaning of Spirituality

The quest to find a meaning in life ,the purpose of ones’ soul  real meaning of happiness and the most important is connection from each and every incidence and creature of universe. Finding our self from our point of view where thought and actions of others not affect ourselves when we are able to cope up our insulars with smile and we achieve the ability to overcome the toughest situation of our life in reality then only we are connected to spirituality. Spirituality means you don’t try to find explanations for your nonsense- you are willing to face it. Spirituality is ultimate greed. You don’t just want a piece of creation –you want the source of creation.

Spiritual Intelligence

Intelligence as we all know is related to our cognitive development that issued to measure intelligence of mental ability and psycholistscan measure intelligence, from early in a subjects life through the administration of circumscribed instruments called IQ tests. Gardener (1993) published his book on the theory of multiple intelligences, and introduced a total of seven intelligence’s follows: Linguistic/verbal; Mathematical/logical/ Analytical, Visiual/spatial, Auditory/musical, Kin aesthetic/motor, Interpersonal, Intrapersonal, Naturalistic(eight added later, Gardener, 2000). He also laid down eight criteria defining what would enable an entity to qualify for being recognized as intelligence. Emmons (2000) wrote revolutionary article proposing the existence of a ninth intelligence i.e. spiritual intelligence. Relatedness/Connectedness variety of forms.

Whilst experience would suggest that many hold a view This emerging theme focuses on the relationship between the three key elements previously identified self, others that art forms may provide an expression of spirituality there is a paucity of literature in support of this view. Only and ‘God’. Hungelmannet al. (1985) identified the interconnectedness of these three core elements as being at the Cohen (1990) appears to support this, suggesting that appreciation of music, food, wine, sex, literature and heart of spirituality. Ley and Corless (1988 p. 101) further state that spirituality is ‘a state of connectedness to God, humour can all reflect spirituality.

However, the literature does go beyond purely religious to one’s neighbour and to one’s inner self ’. Fish and Shelly (1988) continue to focus on the relationship that one has practices as a means of expression. Burk hardt and Nagai- Jacobson (1985) recognize the key elements within the with others by identifying sources of love and relatedness as being key components of spirituality, and describe these spiritual dimension suggesting that spirituality is expressed and experienced in the context of caring connect sources as coming from close relationships where there is unconditional acceptance. This sense of relatedness and tions with oneself, others, nature and ‘God’. These caring connections may be expressed through happiness or crying connectedness is also described in terms of harmony — harmony with the self, others and a sense of relatedness (Lindholm & Eriksson 1993), through relationships with other people (Mayeroff 1971) and through the expression to ‘God’ (Burkhardt 1989).

Lane (1987) suggest three forms of connectedness. of caring within those relationships exemplified through hugging and holding (Oliver 1990).Firstly, the ability to engage in generative activities; secondly, the ability to belong to another; and thirdly, the ability to achieve an inner sense of ultimate purpose.

Ross (1994) also identified the relationship between hope and a will to live, lending sup- that an individual holds a set of beliefs that help to explain the meaning of life. This set of beliefs will emanate fromport to these findings. Hope can be identified in a number of ways. Owen (1989) described it as a sense of energy the driving force that gives meaning to the life of the individual, whether that be, for example, their work, relation-exchanged between people and their environment, whereas Miller and Powers (1988) and Hinds (1988) per- ships with others, and whatever that individual’s ‘God’ may be.ceived hope as emanating from mutual affiliation and a sense of concern for others as well as oneself. Conclusion
Spiritual life quite simply is the life lived in with ourself.Just asphysical life begins when our physical heart starts beating, our spiritual life begins when our spiritual heart starts beating. For most people, their own bodies and minds hold them down when opportunity opens up in their life. Meditation can induce feeling of calm and clear-headedness as well as improve concentration and attention. Brain researcher Richard Davidson’s research shows that meditation increases the brain’s gray matter density, which can reduce sensivity to pain, enhance your immune system, help you regulate difficult emotions, and relieve stress. Chakra balancing music meditation has been proven helpful for people with depression and anxiety. Having a strong spiritual outlook may help us to find meaning in life’s difficult circumstances. If we can compassionately remind ourselves in moment of falling down that failure is part of the shared human experiences are framed by the recognition that countless others have undergone similar hardships, the blow is softened.
