In, many of the instances, it has been found that the unlock period comes as an invitation session for teachers, to school. Now, the teachers, go to school and deliver virtual sessions. Though, there is no concrete evidence, to describe the need to call for the virtual session but it is seen that, the management considers, the effective deliverance from the school.

It’s virtuous that the pandemic has led to steep increase of inflation and to sustain both the genders equally need to work. On the other hand, for the females it becomes tedious to move out and work as they have a family to look after and kids to nurture.

Many might, come to a conclusion where they would suggest, the resignation of the female teacher but, do remember when it comes to, the concept of “Mother Teacher”, implementation of Pre –KG, Nursery won’t be possible without them. It’s time when, a concern and analysis over the working culture and work station be done to find a conclusion and build a conducive atmosphere for females.

Methodology

Using a google form a questionnaire was prepared and data of 200 female teachers working in private school in and around the district of Ranchi was collected. After the collection of data, the analysis was done and a descriptive study was conducted, to conclude form the collected data.

Result and Discussion

Pillars of education to be strong.

Indulge, learn and remember, the concept where a child actually grows and the formula for a kids school to facilitate their stakeholders. Expecting, a male to deliver session in Pre- KG and Nursery is going to be a nightmare, the motherly connectivity, instigates inclination of kids to latter and the concept is grabbed by former.

So, active involvement of female teachers is required to ensure, for smart and effective deliverance of the concepts. Standing for long hours, with the same kids, managing over strengthened classrooms are a few out of bunches of problems. All such bunches are managed by the lady teacher efficiently, but the in-return, too should be splendid, regular intervals, bi –weekly breaks and smart gears in classrooms are needed, to enable the female teachers to deliver smartly, efficiently. This will reduce the burden on them and even kids too would be gaining a lot.

To lower mental pressure level.

“Brain” reason for all grudges and grumbleness. A counseling session would foster a lot to lower down strain level of the teachers. A lady is very sensitive to her child and family, understanding it, the management of private schools should go for a group medical insurance and ensure free medical aids, if needed.

On time salary disbursal, regular skill orientation session, appraisal based increment and free education to staff wards can be used as a medium to facilitate, the female teachers to lower their stress level. The measure will also help the management gain, the faith of female teachers and obviously, the dedication and outcome would be efficient.

To help a family increase its income.

The more members earn, higher is the income of a family. For females, they are even satisfied with a part time job, providing them a skill horning and good paid one will actually make them feel secure. It will not foster in fulfilling, the demands of their family, they will willing turn up to lend their shoulders for responsibilities.

The more is shoulder lending, higher is task grabbing capacity, more efficient is the outcome.

Findings The mathematical analysis depicted that 0.87 female responded to the questions and out of 0.75 stated that need for a conducive workplace was must, 0.39 considered that part time job was sufficient to fulfill the basic needs of their own but not good to run a family whereas 0.63 were looking for a job that would take them out of 09 – 05 and provide them a platform to complete the task as per their working wishes.
Conclusion

In the prevailing pandemic, it’s necessary for both the male and a female of a family to work. The sky  rocketing inflation, and no saving has been a warning that the influx of money should be hiked, failing to do so may lead to a knock out from the middle class stream. In this study it has been found that a lady has to undergo and fight many traumas of nature and man created, it’s necessary that she be given a proper working time with flexibility. The targets be given but instead of assigning 09 – 05 job, it would be better, if flexibility in working hours is provided. This will not only lend her a free hand to complete the task with cent percent perfection and dedication, this will also help the organization to find and enhance the creativity. Mostly, in the cities like Ranchi, a lady is considered to be a house material where she needs to look after the needs of a family and cater to it, this myth has to be covered and an environment has to be provided for her.

The basic needs of a woman can be fulfilled with a part time job but it the organizations need to understand that to retain, the talented minds, lucrative offers from the employers end has to be rolled out.

Special schemes of work from home, day care for babies, get together of colleagues with family is all what an employer can do, to rope and retain the female employees.

With sabbatical, sick and menstural leave policy should be accepted where a female can be shown leniency, to combat her mental and hormonal anxieties.

Though,  it may sound odd but if implemented will surely help to have a healthy and productive workplace.

Limitation of the Study The study is confined only to Ranchi District.
