This management is influenced by the conditions, rights, and development issues of those communities, which the majority of the country is losing in the process of modernization and cultural globalization. In this essay, we will try to understand the situation of tribal management around the world. Firstly, the basic objective of tribal management is the development of communities and protection of their fundamental rights. Many countries, such as India, Canada, Australia, and Brazil, have separate tribal communities that fight over their cultural heritage, land rights, and natural resources. In these countries, proper adaptation of tribal management is vital for their survival and development. Tribal management around the world involves training communities about their rights, providing support for their development, and preserving their traditional knowledge. Often, tribal communities struggle to assimilate their traditions and maintain them in India to maintain followership and cultural conformity. Globalization has made tribal management even more important. Tribal people are facing more challenges nowadays in maintaining their cultural heritage, in standing up to the claims of commercialization and modern culture. Given this, the importance of tribal management is also increasing ideologically and politically. In conclusion, tribal management is an important issue in the world that plays an important role in global cultural conflicts. In this, most of the tribal communities are struggling to make themselves prosperous, independent and more sensitive. It is a step toward a potentially more just, compassionate, and prosperous world. This provides self-reliance and social strength of the communities. 5. Preservation of cultural experiences – Efforts are being made in many aspects to preserve the remaining tribal cultural experiences. This helps in maintaining their specialty. 6. These efforts can help tribal communities around the world move towards prosperity, self-surrender, and cultural richness. Tribal Management in the World – India's Role Tribal management is an important and challenging area in which India has made a positive contribution in ensuring its role. Tribes across the world identify themselves with their cultural and social diversity, and India is attempting to view this diversity with support and equality. In India, the government is showing a positive attitude towards the prosperity of tribes and social equality. In the area of land conservation and sustainability, the government has launched several schemes to protect and support the rights of tribals. The Indian Constitution has ensured special attention to the tribes and the government has taken several steps to advance them towards economic, social, and political significance. Through schemes and programs with the tribes' partner Indian communities, the government has supported many aspects to ensure cultural intermingling, education, and health services. The collective approach of social and economic support towards tribes makes India a positive example in the field of tribal management in the world. The Government has demonstrated its full commitment towards prosperity, freedom, and equality for the tribals and has given them an opportunity to interact with the world. Overall, India has played an important role in the field of tribal management in the world through its positive approach and support towards tribes. This example proves that prosperity and harmony are possible only through cultural and material prosperity. The following measures can be followed to explain the management of tribes- 1. Education and communication-Education can be placed in the first place. It is important to make the tribes aware of their rights, cultural heritage, and the development of their community. It is also important to talk to them through dialogue and listen to their opinions. 2. Collective organization – Organizing the tribes collectively is also important. Through groups, they will get partnerships on their issues and can help in taking steps towards prosperity. 3. Authorized institutions – The government and other organizations should establish means of proper communication and cooperation with the tribes. Inform them about your plans and actions and keep them involved. 4. Plans for prosperity- Special development plans should be made for the tribes and steps should be taken to help them towards prosperity. Their needs should be kept in mind to implement these plans. 5. Self-empowerment-Tribes should be motivated for self-empowerment. They should be motivated at the collective and individual level to play an active role in the development of their community. 6. Measures for economic prosperity- Proper technical and financial support should be provided to the tribes to provide them economic independence. With this, they can be kept financially self-reliant. 7. Cultural prosperity – It is important to protect the cultural and historical heritage of the tribals and support them to promote it. 8. Support of cultural change – Tribals should be provided support towards social change and modernization so that they can get an enabling, supporting position in society. 9. Security and Justice – Appropriate steps should be taken to protect the tribals and maintain their share of justice and equality in society. By following these measures, it is possible to improve the management of the tribes and move toward prosperity. In India, the work of management of tribes is being done in many areas towards prosperity and empowerment of the society. Its biggest major areas are as follows- 1. Wildlife Conservation- Most of the tribes live in wildlife conservation areas. They have basic needs related to wildlife for their traditional lifestyle and hence their cooperation is being taken in wildlife conservation works. 2. Tribal Development-Many schemes are being implemented for the development of tribal communities such as the Integrated Tribal Development Scheme, Development of Tribal Colonies, Tribal Cultural Preservation Scheme, and others. 3. Education-Tribals are being provided support in the field of higher education and technical education so that they can integrate into modern society and get economic independence. 4. Cultural Conservation- Many aspects are also being seen in the field of cultural conservation such as the Tribal Cultural Conservation Scheme, whose main objective is to protect the tribal cultural heritage. 5. Health- Health services are also being provided under the management of tribes. Efforts are being made to provide them health security and proper health services for the tribal communities. 6. Land Security – Tribals are being provided support for their land security so that they can have permanent rights over their land and can maintain it. 7. Legal protection- Legal protection is also being provided to the tribals so that they get a just and safe life in society. 8. All these areas are effective for the management of tribals in India and thereby steps are being taken towards their prosperity and integration into the society. At present, the management of tribes is being done by the Government of India and State Governments in various areas. One of the major challenges is to bring these tribes to the forefront and keep them in the forefront of prosperity. Education and health services in the area of tribal management are now being combined with technical support. Many schemes have been implemented to provide them support in the field of higher education and technical education, so that they can integrate well into the modern society and have economic independence. Towards social and economic prosperity, several schemes have been launched to help the tribes get land security, equitable legal protection, and advocacy for their self-interests. Adequate support is being provided to the tribals in the wildlife conservation area so that they can continue their traditional lifestyle and move toward prosperity. However, some challenges hinder the management of tribes, such as their lack of integration into society, challenges in land security, and disputes over the value of equality in society. Despite all these challenges, the Government of India and the State Governments are taking appropriate steps so that the tribes can be integrated into society and become a part of economic and social security. There is a need for management in tribes due to many reasons- 1. Social and economic inequality-Many times tribes face social and economic inequality in the society. Through management, this can be reduced and steps can be taken towards prosperity. 2. Need for research and education- There may be a lack of research and education among the tribes, which may deprive them of modern technical knowledge and research vision. This can be resolved through management. 3. Cultural conservation-Tribes have their own special cultural and historical heritage, which needs management to protect them. 4. Independence and Local Swaraj- Tribals have the right to their local Swaraj and independence. Through management, it can be ensured that they can exercise their minor rights. 5. Economic prosperity-Tribes need support and help towards economic prosperity. Management can help them in making them financially strong. 6. Collective Organization – Tribals need to be organized collectively so that they can get partnership on their issues and move towards prosperity. 7. Cultural suicide and fear-free society – Many times there is a need for cultural suicide and fear-free society in tribes. They can be helped in this direction through management. |
